In The Community

One of our core values is giving back to our community. As a company, we have a conscious dedication to strengthen the communities where we live and work. We recognize that one of the wonderful benefits of these kinds of endeavors is that it enhances not only the well-being of our community as a whole, but also has a benefit of enhancing teamwork on our staff. We recognize that offering a helping hand to others helps everyone.

As part of our community involvement, we encourage our employees to participate in causes that have touched them in some way. We support those efforts with corporate resources. Each quarter we recognize an individual in our organization who best exemplifies our core value of giving back to the community.

This is a brief sample of the organizations with whom our organization and its employees have proudly participated on community based activities. We invite you to join a cause with us!

A note about Purple Heart Services – We work with Purple Heart Services in their pursuit to train the combat wounded and disabled American veteran on Numara Footprints and Numara Track-It! to become help desk technicians for re-entry into the job market working as a tele-commuter. Each combat wounded or disabled veteran is A+ certified, is HDI analyst certified, has a certification from Virginia Tech, and has studied online for over 600 hours, with over 300 plus hours of real tech support to graduate from the vigorous program. If you are interested in learning more about hiring a veteran bringing “Military precision” to your help desk organization, please contact: Deepak Le, Program manager, Veterans Vocational Technical Institute at 703.635.3533 or email him at dle@vvti.org.
